Do you guarantee a job?
No. Hiring Table doesn’t guarantee employment, interviews or offers, and nobody honest can. We improve the parts of the process you can influence: your positioning, materials, preparation and approach.
Will my CV be generic?
No. Every CV is written from your actual experience, your target role and your professional story. We don’t reuse templates or add achievements you don’t have.
What happens after I pay?
You’ll get a short intake form asking for your CV, target role and LinkedIn link. We review them, confirm next steps by email, deliver your draft, make one consolidated round of edits (two for the larger packages), then send final files.
How many revisions do I get, and how long does it take?
Revision rounds and turnaround are shown for each package in the pricing table. Turnaround is counted from the day we have your CV and your completed intake form.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the situations set out in our refund policy: for example if you cancel before work starts, or if we don’t deliver what your package describes within the stated turnaround. We can’t refund based on interview or job outcomes, because nobody can promise those.
What happens to my CV and personal information?
We use your CV and details only to deliver your project and reply to you. We don’t sell your information. You can ask us to delete it. Read the full privacy policy.
Do you use AI?
Your work is reviewed and written by a person. If we use AI-assisted tools for any part of your project, we tell you, and we don’t put your CV into public AI tools.
Can you help if I’m not getting interview calls?
Yes. We look at your CV, your LinkedIn positioning and how you’re searching, then tell you what is most likely holding you back.
Do you work with career changers, or people returning after a break?
Yes. When you change direction, your existing experience has to be translated into the language of the new role. That’s exactly where clearer positioning helps.
What happens on the free intro call?
A short, no-pressure conversation. You tell us your goal and what’s in the way, we give an honest view of what would help, and if a package fits we tell you which one. If none does, we say so.
Which fields and levels do you cover, and do you work outside India?
All fields and levels, and yes: everything is delivered online. For specialist fields we bring in the right coach from our bench.
Do I need to buy the CliftonStrengths assessment?
Only if you don’t already have your results. The assessment is Gallup’s and is paid for separately, directly with them. If you’ve taken it before, bring your report and we’ll use it.
