These terms apply when you buy or use services from Hiring Table (“we”), an independent hiring practice based in Bengaluru, India. By paying for a package or using our tools, you agree to them. Questions: hello@hiringtable.com.

1. What we provide

We provide CV and LinkedIn writing, interview and career coaching, and employer-branding, hiring and onboarding services, as described on our website or in a written scope we agree with you. What each package includes, its price, the number of revision rounds and its turnaround are shown on the relevant page at the time you buy.

2. No guarantees of outcomes

We do not guarantee that you will get a job, an interview or an offer, or that a company will reach any hiring, retention or brand-rating outcome. Those outcomes depend on many things we do not control. We promise to deliver the work we describe, with reasonable skill and care.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, complete information, and tell us if anything changes.
• Only ask us to describe experience and achievements that are true. We will not add experience you do not have.
• Make sure you have the right to share any documents or information you send us.
• Respond to our questions and give feedback within the time stated for your package so we can meet the turnaround.

4. Payment

Prices are in Indian rupees unless we say otherwise, and taxes are extra where they apply. Candidate packages are paid in full through the secure payment link we provide. Company engagements are paid as set out in the written scope and quote.

5. Delivery and revisions

Turnaround is counted from the day we have your CV and completed intake details. A revision round is one consolidated set of edits, requested within 7 days of receiving your draft. Further revisions can be quoted separately.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Our refund and cancellation policy forms part of these terms.

7. Your content and ownership

You own your CV and the final documents we deliver to you. We keep our own methods, templates and tools. We will not use your name, CV or results publicly without your written permission.

8. Confidentiality and privacy

We keep what you share confidential and use it only to deliver your project. See our privacy policy for details.

9. Company engagements

For company work, the written scope and quote we agree with you set out the deliverables, timeline, fees and any cancellation terms. If they differ from these terms, the written scope applies.

10. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or lost opportunities.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
